Yes, it was a challenging journey for me to enter into Norwegian job market. Telenor Open mind program opened the gate for me to enter in to business.

I believe in ‘Learning new thing will help me to grow’. In this one year, I have learned many things from many people, learned about Norwegian job culture, How telecom company works, about IoT, brushed my technical skills and tried to give my best to the task which I received. Telenor has given me an opportunity to enhance myself.

Telenor has also created much memorable moment. I met Japanese Leaders, Tokyo employer’s association, Denmark leaders through Open Mind program. I got a chance to give interview for "Dagsavisen" and it's been published in newspaper. It was a proud and wonderful moment for me.

Telenor has taught me how to balance personal and professional life together. I would like to convey my thanks to everyone who has supported and helped me in this one-year journey. This is a golden period for me. I got a job offer at Bærum Kommune and moving forward in to my carrier.
