Manufacturing error on SIM cards you own!

We have discovered a manufacturing error on a batch of our SIM cards. The error means that the cards can lose contact with the devices they are in.

This happens over time and does not have to happen to you immediately. In any case, we recommend that you change your SIM card as soon as possible.

The error affects the [number] of SIM cards you own. We have created an overview of which SIM cards apply, and which device the card is linked to:

This is what we do:

  • To make it as easy as possible for you, we send an SMS to the employees who have registered personal users.

  • The SMS will be sent within the next couple of days and contains information on how they can order a new SIM card themselves.

This if what you do:

  • For subscriptions without a registered personal user, you must order a replacement card. We recommend that this be done in Min Bedrift.

  • You can also change the SIM card at your dealer.
