2 DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
The customer must provide the equipment necessary to use the service. Modems/routers purchased from Telenor are the property of the customer.
The customer may not resell or offer for hire any line capacity. It is not permitted to set up servers connected to the service for use in commercial activities.
3 LIMITATIONS ON SPEED
Telenor is not responsible for speed limitations that are caused by circumstances or conditions beyond Telenor's control. For example, visits to websites experiencing heavy traffic and/or servers on websites may limit speeds. Wireless coverage in the customer's home from a modem to phones/tablets, multiple devices on the same broadband connection, or an old computer may also affect speeds.
In order to improve line stability and ensure a better customer experience, Telenor may reduce the line speed. If the speed is reduced to a lower product, the monthly rate will also be reduced accordingly.
4 UPGRADES AND CONFIGURATION
On customer equipment supplied by Telenor, Telenor may store and make changes to configuration settings and other relevant parameters, and may undertake upgrades to the software. Upgrades of software and changes to configuration settings will not normally be noticed by the customer. If an upgrade/change leads to equipment no longer working as normal, Telenor will rectify the issue.
